Dear reader, this is a quick note to reflect on what happened for me in 2025. It truly was a year of many firsts.
The firsts:
- Sold my house in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire in March.
- Got engaged.
- Became a father for the first time in April to a beautiful boy.
- Celebrated my first Father’s Day as an actual dad.
- Moved to Brentwood, Essex with my partner in August.
- Walked the entire length of an Elizabeth line train from front to back while it was moving.
- Had my first family Christmas as a dad.
So, what will 2026 bring me? Hmm, perhaps more than 778 contributions, as measured by GitHub.
